Preliminary Site Visit. Detailed discussion with client regarding their requirements after which a functional specification sheet is prepared. This leads to a clear and proper understanding of the needs, tastes and specifications of the said customer. Then follows collection of the detailed site measurement report and preliminary design validation information from the concerned site. Submission of a methodical and well-schemed layout report followed by a discussion with the said client relating to the layout. The client can put forward his impressions of the same and suggest any further additions/deletions of the site plan. On finalization of the schematic layout, detailed design and drawings report is submitted to the client for a proper perspective of the same. This enables the client to know as to what exactly the planning aspect of his/her work is about. Subject to the final approval of the final drawings, a discussion with the client is conducted to tie-up the loose ends of all specifications and finishes for the project.
